Protagonist - Antagonist

For the past few week for reading we have been working on Protagonist and Antagonist on the story the three little pigs. A Protagonist is the main character in a story or movie and is mostly the good person. An Antagonist is a villain or bad person in the story. I have been thinking about what person is the Protagonist and the Antagonist. I think the third pig is the Protagonist because he was most seen and have been in the story most of the time. I think the wolf is the Antagonist because he ate the two other pigs and was try to trick the third pig to eat him. There are to story of the pigs. one of the story's were about the wolfs side of the story which is called 'The True Story Of The 3 Little pigs' and the other one was 'The Three Little Pigs.' Hi, today I have a blog post about writing. For writing our class has been working on creating a sense of place by telling how you feel, what you hear, what you see and sometimes what you taste. I have also been working on my goal which is to be more aware of my audience when writing a range of genres. We were mostly focusing on our introduction. Here is my introduction:

"My holiday started off great because my cousin brother came for the whole week. He wanted to come because he wanted to see more of Christchurch and explore. I could hear my cousin brother saying to my family “ It’s the same weather like Auckland” where he lives. It was a Saturday and we were at home thinking what should we do today. My mum and dad had thought about going to Orana Park already. So my sister, cousin, grandma, mum, dad and I were off on an adventure to Orana Park."

What Am I Doing For Writing?

Hi guys today I am going  to be talking about what I am doing for writing. For writing I am working on my own mystical creature. My mystical creatures is name Sahunae. First we had to write down on a doc  describing our creature and we need to be very specific with our on sentences. Then we had to practice our drawing skills. When we had got better we moved on to doing our real design. My creature has wings and has wholes at the front of it forhead. I am still working on the drawing. Topic Time! Our World

Topic Time Our World

In the afternoon at topic time we have been working on making our own mystical world. We have to work in a group of at least threes. In my group I have Quaid, Tasharn and I. We have been planing for at least 4 to 5 weeks. We have three big mountains on our world. We have also a forest. We have choose some weird colours for them. I like working with Quaid and Tasharn they have really great ideas and we work good together. Here is our plans. BYE!

The Storm

Hi guys I have been working on a piece of writing called The Storm. I first started this when I was in year 4 and I forgot about it. Now I have finish it off. It is based in India Mumbai. It is about a storm that came and was tremble. Here is my writing. BYE

The Storm

In India living in Mumbai a storm struck at midnight. The door open (bang). The leaves and branches banged on my window a crack brooke my window. It started to rain the cold wind blowed my blanket away in the night. I shut the door and put three locks on it.

In the morning the storm was on the news. It said to evacuate. Then I packed to get out of Mumbai. When thunder and lightning came one plane fell to the ground. Then I thought if it would be dangerous.

In the night I was scared. The storm was speaking to me. It felt like it was saying “Your last breath better make it special.” It was like a demon taking my soul. I had no choice but to leave even for death. It is the end I thought. I said “Oh god this might be the end bye.”

That morning the sun didn’t come out. The birds did not creep. The sound of peace did not fill me. The trees were on the ground. It was all going bad. Then the phone rang “ Ring Ring Ring.” I said “ it's my mum.” I pick up the phone. I said “ Hi mum.”

“Hello dear, how are you? Are you scared? You are coming home right now, no buts” said my mum scaredly.

“Okay fine but they have stopped the planes” I said.

Mum said “ Its okay you can still drive, so come quick.”

“Okay bye I have to pack because I’m coming” I say.

“Oh okay, bye” My mum says happily. Now it's time for me to pack.
