Salt is healthy or is not?

Hi, last week I posted a post about sugar and now I am doing Sodium which is salt.  It is good for you and it is healthy to have the right amount of salt. To much salt can lead to very bad health for your health. We have to put the lowest to highest of food at the top was ham and at the very bottom was yoghurt. What is your option? Us New Zealanders teens have to have 1500 mg of salt a day.

    It is great that you are spreading the word about the safe amount of sodium that teenagers need each day.
    I know that you had limited time, but I'll just point out a few minor errors in your blurb.
    If you are saying 'too much sugar' it has two o's.
    You've said that it can lead to very bad health for your health :) You can just say that it can lead to very bad health.
    We 'had' to put the lowest to highest of food. At the top was...
